How Long Should I Take Zeolite?

It has been 18 months since I started taking activated liquid zeolite and recommending it to others. Initially, we were told that a healthy individual would have heavy metals removed after a month on the product and then could switch to 3 drops, 3 times a day, or 1 bottle a month.
