Often I am asked the question how much Activated Liquid Zeolite should I take? This may relate to a particular situation or just be a general enquiry.
The following is gathered from research and Scientist Rik Deitsch, formulator of the original Activated Cellular Liquid Zeolite. The material here only applies to this formulation of cellular defense as others are weaker or contain a variety of additives.
How Do You Take It?
First taking Activated Liquid Zeolite is about as easy as anything could be. It comes in a convenient 15 ml dropper bottle ,so it is easy to dispense drops. You can take them under the tongue, in a glass of water or your favourite juice, or simply measure the amount into a teaspoon and swallow. It is virtually tasteless and appears slightly milky.
Side Effects?
Before we get into actual amounts to take, let’s discuss side effects from perhaps detoxing too fast. Zeolite is an inert mineral that must be heated to 900 degrees for several days to break down, so it simply takes bad stuff out of the body. It will leave you slightly dehydrated, so it is likely you will have a greater desire for water after using Zeolite. We suggest you filter your water as it is a main cause of heavy metal contamination in the body.
Everyone has a different sensitivity to toxins. For those highly sensitive, even a small amount of Zeolite can cause a detox reaction in the form of mild diarrhea or upset stomach. This is the body adjusting, not the Zeolite doing anything. We have heard of children who can only tolerate 1 drop a day, they are so sensitive. The best advice if you have a reaction is to reduce the amount until you are comfortable, keep it there for a week or two, and then gradually start increasing the amount. As your body detoxes, it will be able to stand higher levels of chelation and expel heavy metals and other toxins faster.
The majority of people simply feel more energy and things they don’t want tend to go away after a few days! This will most likely be your experience.
The Three Levels.
Level 1 – Maintenance.
On the bottle it says to take 3 drops, three times a day. This is recommended for healthy people who show no heavy metals present. We are bombarded with toxins and heavy metals every day, so a small amount of Zeolite to keep them at bay is a sensible idea. This is one bottle a month.
It is unlikely you will be clear when you start, so we recommend the next level for at least a month to clean the body out.
Level 2 – Heavy Metal Cleanse.
Research suggests that at 30 drops a day or 3 bottles a month, the body will chelate Heavy Metals efficiently. Healthy subjects secreted heavy metals for a month and then the excretion rates dropped. For Virginia coalminers, who are constantly exposed to Mercury and other Heavy Metals, secretion continued after months. They did however report improvement in well being. We suggest staying on this amount until you are satisfied you have rid your body of heavy metals. For some this can take months or even years!
Level 3- Serious Medical Challenge.
Experts suggest up to 85% or more of diseases are caused by Heavy Metals or other toxins. The incidence of degenerative disease has grown parallel to the use of chemicals and mining, so this is a reasonable assumption. Research again demonstrates that 60 drops a day or 4 times 15 drops a day is the maximum effective dose, so we recommend this amount for someone in a situation where they need to get the toxins out as quickly as possible. At this rate you will use 6 bottles a month.
So there you have it. Three levels of servings and a few tips on how to take it and what to expect.
